Samostasex (pronounced sam-oh-stah-sex) is a term under the Tubuh System that encompasses members of system whos innerworld sex is not their body's outward sex. This term is able to be used to better describe to singlets how their innerworld sex may effect their life, experiences, and/or gender identity.

Any system may use these terms. Subsets of this are listed below.

    Samostasex subsets

Samosta-I: Samosta-I is a term for when one has an intersex body in the innerworld, while dwelling in a shared dyadic body outwardly. It is made to avoid offense and controversy, as intersex singlets may find the usage of calling onself intersex (when they are in a dyadic body) with no further context to be misleading and harmful.

Samosta-D: Samosta-D is a term for when one has a dyadic body in the innerworld, while dwelling in a intersex body outwardly.

Samosta-F: Samosta-F is a term for when one has a female body in the innerworld, while dwelling in a male body outwardly.

Samosta-M: Samosta-M is a term for when one has a male body in the innerworld, while dwelling in a female body outwardly.

Samosta-T: Samosta-T is a term for when one has an transsex body in the innerworld, while dwelling in a cissex body outwardly.

Samosta-A: Samosta-A is a term for when one has an altersex body in the innerworld, while dwelling in a cissex body outwardly.

    Flags

Although the flags aren't technically made with these terms in mind, the two flags listed here have the same implications as Samosta-I and Samosta-D, just made without any terms to follow. They both have no confirmed meaning, and were coined on March 3rd of 2021 by Plurgai on Tumblr.

    Etymology

The name comes from the Czech word for "seperate," which is samostatný.
