    The rheasexual flag.

Rheasexuality is an identity on the asexual spectrum, close to demisexual. Those who are rheasexual are uncomfortable and/or disgusted by sex, while still experiencing sexual attraction. This label does not apply to allosexual individuals or those who are completely asexual. While sometimes compared to lithosexual, those who are rheasexual can, and often do want sexual attraction to be reciprocated. The idea of sex is repelling until they experience that attraction, and can still be opposed to the idea of experiencing sexual activities outside of that attraction.

    History and Flag

The term was coined by FANDOM user CallieCat030 on March 12, 2021. It was coined through this page and has no outside sources. The flag was created by the same user.

    Etymology

A joint definition of the Greek words rhe, meaning “to flow,” and Rhea, the Greek titan of comfort. This joint definition signals one’s comfort with sexuality changing while they experience said sexual attraction.
