Reciproromantic or recipromantic is a romantic orientation on the aromantic spectrum meaning someone who does not experience romantic attraction unless they know that the other person is romantically attracted to them first.
Reciproromantic can be a romantic orientation on it's own or can be combined with other orientations. For example, one could be reciproromantic and homoromantic, meaning that when one does experience romantic attraction it's only towards people of the same gender.
The sexual counterpart of reciproromantic is reciprosexual.
Etymology
The prefix recipro- comes from the word reciprocate or reciprocal.
