As more and more pieces are added, the puzzle feels more complete. If a gender is taken away, the puzzle feels more incomplete and so does the person's overall sense of gender.
Puzzlegender can be combined with other genders to specify one's gender experience (puzzleboy, puzzlegirl, puzzlenonbinary, etc.).
