Prenameless or null prename is the name non-conforming quality of experiencing no first name. It's a subset of nameless.
History and use
The term was defined by Kautr through this article, however it's not verifiable if someone else coined it before. The term emerged as someone could be entirely nameless while someone could still identify as/with their surname.
