Postgender is a feeling that one’s identity has been heavily influenced and shaped by a gender that one no longer experiences.[1] For example, a postboy no longer feels that their gender identity is male but still feels a strong connection to masculinity or has been shaped by it in some way.

The postgender flag's designer is currently unknown. The postboy and postgirl flags were designed by the-dawn-prayer on Tumblr.[2]
