Polarbeargender is a xenogender in which someone feels an extremely strong connection to polar bears, the animal or Minecraft mob, either strongly identifying with them or simply wanting to incorporate them into their gender to better understand their identity.
History
The term was first made by mogidentities[1] Aug 18th, 2020 specifically in connection to Minecraft mobs but because of the generic name combined to also include the animal later by others.
Flag
The flag is designed on November 14th, 2020 to look like the head of a polar bear with its nose in the ice. Showing comfort in being one with the cold environment it lives and hoping to show comfort in finding and using this identity. The colors are based off the Minecraft mob to keep with the terms original coining.
There is an off white strip, two thin stripes, gray and black with the same off white in the middle, with the last stripes being cream, grey cream, black, and an ice blue.
The stripes have no specific meanings beyond what they symbolize at this time.
