Plus One Polyamory is a type of quad polyamorous relationship structure in which three people have a triad and one person is also dating someone else. For example: A, B, and C are all dating each other. A is also dating D. B and C are not dating D. The individual who is not part of the triad may or may not identify as polyamorous, but they still consent to their partner having other partners.
