Pleruflux refers to someone who has multiple genders, with at least one of those genders fluctuating such that one's "dominant gender" changes over time. A pleruflux person can identify as any plerugender, or combination of plerugenders at any given time. For some people their plerugender changes on a somewhat consistent 'schedule', for other their plerugender changes at random times. One's dominant gender(s) can be any gender(s) including, but not limited to:

Pleruflux vs Genderfluid

Pleruflux is a gender in which one shifts between various plerugenders. One has multiple genders and at least one of those genders is usually dominant. Genderfluid described any person whose gender changes. They do not have to have multiple genders at once and they do not have to have a dominant gender. However, genderfluid people may sometimes identify as a plerugender. Pleruflux may also identify as genderfluid.
