Pink Mushroom Gender is a subgenre of Mushroomgender. Pink mushroom gender is defined as a gender feels a strong connection to mushrooms and nature, and feel that mushrooms are a part of their gender. Unlike mushroom gender, this may be connected to femininity and/or neutrality.
History
Pink Mushroom gender was coined by luci-starboy on tumblr in August 23rd, 2021. [1]

“The pink represents fem/neutral energy, (don't get this confused with being a girl), the brown and green represent mud and moss, which are found in the same places mushrooms tend to grow. and the mushroom just looks cute :)”
