Pink Mushroom Gender is a subgenre of Mushroomgender. Pink mushroom gender is defined as someone who feels a strong connection to mushrooms and nature, and feel that mushrooms are a part of their gender. Unlike mushroom gender, this may be connected to femininity and/or neutrality.
