This trait effects [[AMAB]]/[[CTM]] individuals, in which ones scrotum (the skin that covers the testicles) is in the front or at the sides of the penis instead of being behind it.

Those with this condition typically are also partnered with [[hypospadias]], [[Agenital|cryptorchidism]] (in this case, the skin covering the penis would be full of empty tissue,) anal issues, mental disabilities, growth defienciesdeficiencies, and issues within the nervous system.

Fertility depends on how onesone's body formed, whether or not they have fully formed or completeincomplete testicles, and whether or not the penis needed surgical changeintervention. The causes of this condition vary,; howeverHowever, it is usually due to a chromosomal or horomonalhormonal disturbance within onesone's genetic build.

This trait isntis not inheritelyinherently intersex in and of itself, however it often is often found partnered with intersex conditions.
