Panstatic, sometimes referred to as panplurigender or suptilipangender, is a suptilian subcategory of pangender - an expirence of pangender that is strict, precise, and experienced simultaneously, all at once. A person who panstatic experiences all genders within their culture and life experience at the same time, they are not fluid between genders and their genders do not fluctuate.
