Panrelatigender is a non-binary gender that describes an agender (or similarly-termed) individual who, while not having a gender themself, feels a notable connection/relation to all genders, either constantly and simultaneously or not. Panrelatigender individuals may consider themselves "pangender-aligned", and while certain gender alignment systems may have terminology that indicates a similar concept, the words "panrelatigender" and "pangender-aligned" are designed to be detached from any method of identification.
The term was coined by Tumblr user timur1312 on June 18th, 2021, who also designed the term's flag.

The panrelatigender flag has three vertical stripes of different colors. The left stripe is green, symbolizing life (and therefore the gender identities/experiences of all individuals); the middle stripe is black, symbolizing a lack of personal gender; and the right stripe is yellow, a traditionally non-gendered color that appears on the non-binary pride flag, in order to symbolize the non-binary nature of the identity.
