Pacigender is a noungender where a person relates pacifiers and childlike objects to their gender, these people might be age-regressors as well; however, that is not a requirement. This gender can be sparked by a liking of pacifiers or by fascination in general.

This term was coined in April 2021 by an unknown Tumblr user.
Flag
The flag was designed by Wikia FANDOM user Liver.On.A.Plate on June 16th, 2021, and an alternate flag without the emblem was designed by Discord user Forsythia#0255 around the same time.[1][2] The flag is a simplified pastel rainbow with a picture of a pacifier on top. The rainbow shows that all genders and sexes can adopt this label. The pastel coloration solidifies the childlike aspects along with the pacifier.
