Not to be confused with ottergender.

    Ottegender flag.

Ottegender is an orientationgender that is tied to the idea of being an otter, or a gender that can only be described as being an otter. Otter is a neologism created by achilleans to describe those who don't fit into feminine or masculine ideas of gender presentation, this can have an influence in how said people perceive and experience their gender.

    History

The term was officially coined by Fandom user Hiddn.haydn on August 18 of 2021 [1], although it's fairly possible it's been thought out before that.

The flag was created and updated by the same user on August 26 of 2021. The colors represent the original otter flag while the black circle in the middle represents the gender itself.
