Omnipan is an identity where one is m-spec in all of their orientations. This means that they are attracted to more than one gender in all their orientations. It could be an umbrella term for omnipan, omnibi, omnomi, and omnipoly, or it could be for people who have different m-spec orientations (like bisexual but panromantic but omnisensual) but are still m-spec in all orientations.
One may have some matching orientations but some varioriented ones as well- for example, if someone is bisexual and biromantic, but panplatonic, omniqueerplatonic, and nomasensual, they are only partially varioriented, but are still m-spec in all orientations and therefore can use the term omnimspec.
