Kept the previous history as an addition.

== History ==
The word neutrois was coined by a neutrois individual named H. A. Burnham, in 1995<ref>http://web.archive.org/web/20010302160052/http://www.neutrois.com:80/defin.htm</ref>. The word neutrois is presumably made from a combination of the French word ''neutre'', meaning "neutral" or "neuter," and the French suffix ''-ois'', which is used to denote a specific group of people (such as ''Québécois''). Or alternatively, the French word trois, "three," as in third gender.
