Neutragender or neutrois-x is a gender that is both neutrois and agender, either statically or fluidly. One could be neutrois and agender at the same time, be in between them, or fluctuate between feeling gender neutral and not feeling gender.
History
Neutragender and the flag were created by Kau of beyond-mogai-pride-flags on May 29th, 2018.[1]
