Neuroniac (pronounced Neuro ni-ack) is an identity that describes someone whose queer experience is impacted by being neurodivergent.

Some examples of how one could experience being neuroniac include:

experiencing a neurogender related to neurodivergence, like dyspraxigender.
experiencing a neurodivergent exclusive gender, like feragender.
having a gender that fluctuates due to one's neurodivergence.
having an orientation that changes due to one's neurodivergence.

This identity is exclusive to neurodivergent individuals and should not be used by neurotypical individuals.

History

The term was coined by FANDOM user -rxven.in.the.clouds- on September 10, 2021.^[1]
