Neptunia is similar to Neptunic, except it’s fluid. It fluctuates between strong attraction to femininity, to neutrality, and is like abrosexual in many ways, although it excludes men no matter how feminine in nature. This could mean your attraction to females/neutral-aligned and the female-aligned fluctuates in intensity, or it’s consistently fluid between attraction to female-aligned people and neutral-aligned people.
