Nebulain is a gender in the Scene System that feels like you're driving in the rain at night and there's no stress or anything. There's fog and the only light you have is the headlights and streetlights. There's your favorite music playing from the radio mixed with rain hitting the window.

Nebulain comes the Latin word for fog, "Nebula", combined with "rain"
