The Mystian System is a gender system, one of the four gender systems in the Nature Systems, which describes genders related to different mystical and/or magical aspects and qualities of nature, and it is unique in that it is not aligned with any specific part of nature like rivers, trees, mountains, etc., but instead is just aligned with magical aspects of nature like evil nature magic, peaceful nature magic, etc. Because of that, genders in this system can be used as genders on their own, but also as descriptors for genders from all of the Nature Systems, not just its own. The genders in the Mystian System may or may not be aesthetigenders as well as being biogenders.
Examples of Mystian genders being used as modifiers for genders from the other Nature Systems include-
- Nadurian System + Mystian System: Someone whose gender is connected to peaceful, rain magic could say they're paxean alluvian from the Mystian gender paxean (a gender related to peaceful nature magic) and the Nadurian gender alluvian (a gender related to nature and rain)
- Sylvian System + Mystian System: Someone whose gender is connected to peaceful, otherworldly forest magic could say they're paxean eilumescian from the Mystian gender paxean (a gender related to peaceful nature magic) and the Sylvian gender eilumescian (a gender related to nature, forests, and especially otherworldly, ethereal forests)
- Fleurian System + Mystian System: Someone whose gender is connected to peaceful, sunflower magic could say they're paxean sunfleurian from the Mystian gender paxean (a gender related to peaceful nature magic) and the Fleurian gender sunfleurian (a gender related to nature, flowers, and especially sunflowers)
Since genders in the Mystian System can be used to describe any gender related to nature, they can also be used as modifiers for nature-related genders that aren't part of any of the Nature Systems. For example, treegender is a floragender but is not part of any of the Nature Systems, but due to its connection to an aspect of nature, any mystian genders can still be used as modifiers for it.
The Mystian System is only for magic-related genders that are also nature-related, not just genders related to magic. Mystian people can have any or no gender alignment.
