The peforgender flag was created by Tumblr user synpa-tee on October 1, 2021.<ref>[https://synpa-tee.tumblr.com/post/663902316224708608/peforgender Peforgender flag creation]</ref> It has seven stripes: two yellow stripes, two blue stripes, an orange stripe, a red stripe, and a green stripe.
