    The mascandrogynous flag was created by FANDOM user RoseWatera on the 26th of February 2021. It was made to look like a combination of the masculine and androgynous flag.
     
    An alternate mascandrogynous flag was created by FANDOM user Unfunny person420 on the 1st of April 2021. It was based off of the design of the alternate androgynous flag made by FANDOM user [[User:Kirbirb|kirbirb]].
     
    An alternate mascandrogynous flag was created by emsydacat on August 1, 2021. It is made to resemble an alternate [[androgyne]] flag by the same creator. It is a striped gradient of blue that is made up of a mix between the three colors of the androgyne flag (pink, purple, blue), representing how mascandrogynous people present with a mixture of features associated with primarily masculinity, in addition to femininity and sometimes neutrality in varying intensity.
