Macrogametic or Megagametic, also called ovogenic, or ovari person, is a term that describes someone with ovaries who is capable of oogenesis (production an ovum/egg cell).
The counterpart is microgametic. It could be called oogenic, oogenous, ovulogenous, ovogenous, or ovulogenic, depending the idiom.
