Lunirgender is a xenogender that is in some way related to or influenced by the moon. This includes any of the following:

- A gender related to the Greek goddess Artemis, the Roman goddess Diana, or any other moon deity such as the Greek Goddess Selene, or the Roman Goddess Luna.

Lunirgender can also be used as a prefix for other genders, for example, lunirboy, lunirgirl, lunirnonbinary, etc...
