Similar to saphboy/saphguy, gyneurnimasculine (lesboi/saphboi), boydyke/guydyke and lesbutchles[[butch]]. Just as these terms don’t mean necessarily “lesbian“[[lesbian]] man” or “male lesbian”, lesboys aren’t all men, they can be pleonotic boys.
