    The Inkongender flag.
    The neurogender Inkongender flag.

Inkongender is characterised by having a vague and inconsistent relationship with gender. An inkogender indivual may sometimes feel as if gender does not apply to them at all, while other times they may feel as if they have a gender but are unable to describe the gendered experience they’re having. Despite the vague connection to or general disconnect from gender, they may still use gender labels that fit them best and/or collect genders that they have a connection to. Inkongender can be considered a neurogender, but it doesn’t have to be.
