The two message boxes represent speaking and interacting, while the line inbetween represents how the relationship isn't deeper than that. The rainbow represents the LGBTQ+ community, and how the flag should only be used by individuals within it (asocial, aplatonic, anamical, etc).

    The impersonal flag by Tumblr user isobug was posted on November 8, 2022, based off the acquaintanceship flag, white and grey are specifically kept in as a callback to the original impersonal attraction flag.
