Hoodoogender is a type of xenogender where the person feels a strong connection with the Hoodoo Sorcerer from Rayman 3: Hoodlum Havoc. They may strongly identify with them, feel connected to them, or just feel as if they are a part of their gender identity.
Hoodoogender wasn't made for any group/sexuality in particular, e.g. trans or enby people, so the individual who identifies as Hoodoogender can be straight, trans, etc. People who identify with this gender may also believe in magic, voodoo, or any other types of magic. However, it is not a requirement.
History
The Hoodoogender term was coined by Roblox user Helifoxer on February 3, 2022.
Flag
The Hoodoogender Flag was coined along with the term Hoodoogender on the Roblox avatar store in the form of a digital item, February 3, 2022. The purple stripes of the flag represent the magic abilities of which the Hoodoo possesses, the beige stripe representing the hoodoo's body/skin. The singular dark, magenta stripe represents the mystery surrounding the Hoodoo. The red and black stripes represent the dark, evil nature of the Hoodoo.
