Homoqueer describes someone who identifies as both queer and homosexual. This term may include, but is not limited to:

Homosexual transgender people
Homosexual non-binary people, including gai and symmaic individuals
Homosexual and/or homoromantic individuals who are also ace-spec and/or aro-spec
Varioriented individuals with at least one identity being homo-, such as bisexual homoromantic individuals
Homoflexible individuals
Individuals who are "homosexual but not forever" or "homosexual but with exceptions"
Homosexual polyamorous individuals
Homosexual individuals in a queer relationship
Pluralians reclaiming the label homosexual due to not being attracted to the opposite gender (for example: Similosexual or Pencontrasexual)
Pluralians who have a preference for the same gender and express this by identifying as homosexual in addition to other labels
Homosexual cisn't individuals, such as homo isogender, ipsogender, and ultergender people
