A he/her lesbian, or she/him lesbian, refers to a lesbian who uses he/him pronouns and she/her pronouns. It's a form of pronoun non-conformity, gender non-conformity, and crosspronoun usage. One might use other pronouns in addition to he/her pronouns. Lesbians may refer to themselves with he/her pronouns to express their disconnect from, and connection to, their gender.
