Happytreegender, or also known as HTFgender for short, is a fictigender where one has a deep connection, or hyperfixation to the animated show Happy Tree Friends. It can be connected to the episodes, aesthetic, or characters specifically, fluctating, or statically. It could be described as a gender that appears cheerful, cutesy, and sugar-coated on the outside, and bloody and violent on the inside.
History
The term was coined by user RansidMilk123 on Fandom. The page was made on June 2nd, 2021, however the date it was originally created is unknown (as the creator forgot what day it was when they first coined it).
Flag
The main/original HTFgender flag was designed by the creator of the term, on the same day. The colors are from the main characters. The green represents the character Flippy, and being masculine, navy blue/blue represents the character Petunia, and being demigender, crimson/red represents the character Flaky, and genderfluidity, lavender/dark purple represents the character Toothy, and feeling neutral/agender. Pink represents the character Giggles, and being feminine, chartreuse represents the character Nutty, and being transgender, and yellow represents the character Cuddles, the entire show HTF itself, and being xenic.
