Hallowuso is a gender that is closely connected to all things of the modern halloween spirit. Individuals who identify as 'hallowuso' feel as though halloween is a part of their gender identity.
History
This term was coined by Tumblr user bioodclan on 31st October, 2020. The flags were created the same day.[1]
