Girlspike is a genderfluid microlabel that describes someone who is most commonly a feminine gender, but randomly and suddenly spikes to a masculine gender before returning to their original gender just as suddenly. It should not be confused with Acespike.
The masculine version of this label is Boyspike.
History
Girlspike was coined by Tavroscore on August 8th, 2021. This page is the original source for the term.
Flags
The Girlspike flag was made by the same user on the same day. The background colors are stereotypical girl colors - pink and purple (although this is not saying that people who identify as feminine are required to like or even relate to these colors). The blue line and diamond in the middle represent the sudden surge of masculinity in a normally feminine identity.
