Genital Euphoria is the opposite of genital sofrimento and is the comfort or joy experienced when one surgically has or imagines of themself with their preffered genitals. Genital euphoria is a sign that someone is transgender, transsex, or altersex even if they don't experience genital sofrimento. For example, someone may not feel dysphoria/dysmorphia when having their original genitals, however they may feel genital euphoria when imagining or having their preferred genitals.

- Someone with sexual trauma who feels happy or more comfortable with different genitals.
- An altersex or transsex cisgender person who feels more comfortable or happy with the idea of different genitals.
- A trans-woman who feels more comfortable or happy with the idea of a vagina.
- A trans-man who feels more comfortable or happy with the idea of a penis.
- A non-binary or anonbinary person who feels more comfortable or happy with the idea of a different set of genitals.
- An AFAB-P person who feels euphoria at the idea of having a penis.
- An AMAB-V person who feels euphoria at the idea of having a vagina.
