GLOW is a term that stands for Gay, Lesbian, Or Whatever. This term has been hated upon as it lumps everybody who does not identify as gay or lesbian under "whatever." It's not exactly a horrible term in itself, but it is definitely more inclusive to use terms such as LGBTQ+, LGBTA+, etc.
