Frayattraction is an orientation under the Fray- prefix umbrella. The term describes an individual who may experience most or all attractions to another individual, but once they get a deep connection with that individual, the attractions they experience wear out and fade.
The word fray in English means ‘wear off’ or to ‘wear away’.[1]
