Each stripe on the flag has a simplistic meaning. Pink represents feminine pronouns (she/her). Yellow represents gender-neutral pronouns (they/neos). Purple represents androgynous/combined pronouns (she/him or any combo). Blue represents masculine pronouns (he/him). White represents no pronouns (
The he/they fluo flag and the he/neopronouns fluo flag were made to represent fluoproniminal combinations, however those with matching pronouns may use them if wanted, fluctuating preference or not. It/It's is represented in either Neopronouns or Other flags, it is up to the user which category they believe it fits in.

Fluo (taken and tweaked from 'fluid') to emphasise fluctuation. Pronominal (inspired by other pronominal identities), referring to 'functioning of a pronoun' (definition).
