    Estrodominant flag

Estrodominant is a descriptor of an individual experiencing estrogen or estradiol as their dominant sex hormone. It describes someone who is predominantly estrogenized or estradiolized.

The term can be used regardless of gender identity or modality. Estrodominant individuals can have any gender expression.

This term typically encompasses most cis women, individuals taking estrogen as part of HRT (usually trans individuals who were AMAB or detransitioners who were AFAB), cisn't individuals who were assigned female at birth and have not taken testosterone as part of HRT, certain intersex people, and some cis men with hormonal imbalances/differences.[1]

Someone who is naturally estrodominant (has not become so through HRT or an acquired medical condition) may be called innatum-estrodominant.[1]

    The androgenic counterpart is testodominant.
