Dreamic is a gender related to dreams. In what way, that is totally up to the user. It is not the same as dreamcoric and not the same as dreamgender. But it might overlap with those genders. Dreamic isn‘t inheritely masculine, feminine or neutral. But one could use dreamasc, dreafem or dreaneu as specifiers.

The color meanings from top to bottom are: dreams in general; lucid dreams; being dreamic; nice dreams; nightmares. The blue, red and yellow stripes in the dreamasc, dreafem and dreaneu flags represent being masc-/fem-/neutral-aligned.
