Dhmisgender is a xenogender connected to the tv series Don’t Hug Me I’m Scared. One may feel that their gender is related to the show, one or more of the characters and/or concepts/storylines of the show, or they may feel that their gender is easiest to describe or picture in relation to the show. They may also try to incorporate it into their gender identity and/or presentation however they can. DHMIS was a tiny mini series held on YouTube, and made by British film-makers Rebecca Sloan and Joseph Pelling.
It may also be a kingender for those who are kin to one or more of the characters from the show.
History
DHMISGENDER was coined on January of 2021 by Angelica, Justin, and Erica. Erica made the flag at 12:06 PM on March 23, 2021. Foo is also apart of the work for DHMISGENDER. Each color corresponds with their respective character. Yellow represents Yellow Guy, green represents Duck, and red represents Red Guy.
