Densexual (or Ochisexual) is when an individual experiences sexual attraction towards another individual when they do not interact with each other, or interact with each other very infrequently. This is a micro-label in the asexual spectrum which is similar to fraysexual. The opposite of densexual is koinikosexual. The romantic counterpart of densexual is denromantic.

Some common traits of densexuality are:

loses attraction towards someone if they interact, whether its frequently or infrequently.
when the two people stop interacting, they may regain their attraction.
choosing to not interact with someone to encourage their attraction.
attraction taking time to fade/not being lost immediately.

History

This term was coined by FANDOM user MoonSMH with the help of FANDOM users MemeTiger21, JaidenRoseLmao, and Nemosexual on September 28, 2021.^[1]
