Demiflit is a gender in the aecor system in which ones gender feels like a half-full cup of water. It is a subset of flitzan. This could be a xenogender in which ones gender is connected to a half-full cup of water, someone who feels partially flitzan, but nor fully, or it could be used to describe a gender that changes whether someone is in an optimistic or pessimistic mood. For example, they may feel genderfluid when optimistic, and agender when pessimistic, and non-binary when neutral.
Etymology
Demiflit comes from flitzan, which comes from φλιτζάνι (flitzáni), the Greek work for "cup."
History
Demiflit was coined by Fandom User Double-Bi, also known as James, on January 2, 2021, in addition to the rest of the genders in the aecor system.
Flag
The demiflit flag was made on January 3, 2021, also by James. The flag is inspired by the color scheme of the demigender flag. The flag also has a glass of water, inspired by user Starfruit110's flitzan flag, to represent the connection to cups of water.
