Centrangi or centrigender describes an experience for when ones gender identity is somewhere in-between male and female genders, a gender that is centered in the middle of man and woman, or intermediary of maleness and femaleness or intermediating both masculinity and femininity.
Although it's a form of centrigender and androgyne, it can be used for when one considers one's non-binarity somewhere in between male or masculine and female or feminine genders, without essentially labeling oneself as androgyne or centrigender. For example, a demigirl could consider their demigirlhood in between binary genders, not necessarily in the middle, while some other demigirls could consider their gender totally separated from the gender binary.
It shouldn't be confused with femache or intergender, as they aren't always centrigender experiences, but a centrangi can be intergender or femache too.
History
The term centrangi and its flag were coined by Tumblr user IMOGA-pride on November 2, 2022.[1]
