Cazzogender is a xenogender relating to being a sexual man in some way, shape or form. Whether this is being a highly sexual man (and the sexual desire influences their gender,) or someone who feels a connection to being masculine while also being hypersexual.
The feminine counterpart is intensagender, the androgynous/neutral counterpart is fortegender, and the xenic/outherine counterpart is sessualegender.

Etymology
It appears that this term uses the Italian word cazzo which means 'd*ck' in English, however this is not confirmed.
