    This is a term for those questioning their identity as a result of not be able to enact it to figure out if it truly represents what they feel.

    For example, a non-binary individual may feel somewhat unsure of their identity or unable to explore it properly due to being forced into a strictly gendered lifestyle. Or someone questioning their sexuality but not being able to consider all genders due to not being exposed to certain genders. Even being unsure of your identity because you can't find an accurate term for it would make someone canoic.
