Booklosexual or novelosexual is a fictosexuality in which one has the exclusive or nearly exclusive attraction to characters in novels. This could include visual novels, but it does not have to. Individuals who are booklosexual find little to no attraction to real Individuals, which puts them under the a-spec category.
History
Booklosexual was coined by FANDOM user Cryptocrew (specifically, Anderson) on November 29th, 2020 to describe individuals who don't fit the animatesexual or cartosexual identities.
Flag
The booklosexual flag was coined by FANDOM user Clear.Skyes on December 28th, 2020. It was made to look like the spine of a book, with the middle green stripes representing sexual attraction. [1]
