Blurisysgender is a neurogender that feels blurred, hard to recognize, etc, due to blurring of headmates in a system. The coiner of this gender has stated that this label is exclusive to systems whom are solely traumagenic.

The blurisysgender flag was created by Tumblr user dovemogai on January 13, 2020. The purples are for the drowsiness or disorientation that comes with blurring, while the cool greys are for fogginess or lack of ability to discern the current gender.
